Manuscriptum is run by an Italian company. The Italian version of the legal documents is the reference version and prevails, in case of interpretive discrepancies, over translations in other languages. The applicable jurisdiction for all disputes relating to the service is the Italian jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers residing in the European Union under Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 and Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008.
